Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context
Job Purpose:

Develop plans to drive active customer engagement, minimize churn, and increase retention. Initiate campaigns based on business analysis and prepare detailed business cases for these campaigns.

Ensure the performance and success of campaigns. Increase the number of payment customers. Present and track relevant business performance metrics and plans. Coordinate campaign efforts with relevant stakeholders.

Job Description:

• Strategic Planning and Analytics: Develop plans to drive Monthly Active User (MAU) growth, reduce churn, increase payments and cash-in, and enhance user base retention, all grounded in analytics and insights.·
