We are looking for an experienced Manager, Accounts Receivables to join our dynamic team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure the accuracy of invoicing, streamline processes, and lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

– Ensure the accuracy of invoicing and minimize errors in customer invoices.

– Supervise the team to ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of bills.

– Improve the process of obtaining challans from the dispatch team.

– Monitor daily updates on receivables information and ensure timely action.

– Oversee the recovery team, ensuring consistent follow-ups and effective collection strategies.

– Ensure invoice submission, review, and report on aged debtors.

– Maintain MIS for all customers with outstanding payments (Corporate-Credit).

– Oversee the invoice factoring process and manage relationships with NBFIs.

– Collaborate with the sales team and KAM to achieve monthly collection targets.

– Collect VDS & TDS from clients through the team.

– Conduct client visits with team members for faster recovery.

Qualifications:

– 5+ years’ experience working in an accounting, billing, or accounts receivable department.

– CA-CC with certificate level pass from a reputed firm or partly qualified in professional certificationss uch as ACCA or CMA is an advantage.

– Expertise in QuickBooks Desktop Pro & amp; QuickBooks Online.

– Strong teamwork and leadership skills.

– Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.

– Proficiency in financial and revenue analysis.
